Terms and Conditions:

Booking and Payment:
- All bookings must be made in advance through Cleanup Freaks website or customer service channels.
- Payment is required upfront at the time of booking for the initial service.
- For continued services, payment will be invoiced after the completion of each service.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service time are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Customers have 8 hours after the completion of the cleaning to report any dissatisfaction if they were not present during the service.
- If the customer is present during the cleaning, they must sign off on the cleaning before the Cleanup Freaks leave to confirm satisfaction.

Refund Policy:
- No refund will be issued under any circumstances if the Cleanup Freaks have completed the job.
- A full refund will only be issued if the cleaner has not started the job.

Mid-Service Termination:
- If the customer requests cleaning to stop mid-service, they will be charged for the hours that the Cleanup Freaks have worked up to that point.

Changes to Service:
- Any changes or requests for additional services must be communicated to Cleanup Freaks at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

Liability:
- Cleanup Freaks is not liable for any damages or losses to property that occur during the cleaning service.
- Customers are responsible for securing any valuable items or possessions before the Cleanup Freaks arrive.

Access to Property:
- Customers must ensure that Cleanup Freaks have access to the property at the scheduled service time.
- If entry to the property is not possible, the customer may be charged a cancellation fee.

Termination of Service:
- Cleanup Freaks reserves the right to terminate service at any time if the customer violates the terms and conditions or behaves inappropriately towards the Cleanup Freaks.
